CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU (the “PURCHASER”) UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY WHEN PURCHASING AT ENTREINSTITUTE.COM OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED SITES OR PAGES.

I. CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of each product, ENTRE has different product specific cancellation periods.

  • Success DNA, Success Path Masterclass (SPM), Productivity Secrets and ENTRE Foundations/Success Secrets purchases may be canceled, without cancellation fee, within 30 days of payment processing.
    1. A. Processing of initial payment is defined based upon the method of payment, as follows:
      1. For payments made via credit/debit card, payment processing means upon the completion of a successful checkout transaction.
      2. For payments made via ACH/Wire, processing means upon the Company’s receipt of payment.
  • All other product purchases including Business Accelerators, Entre Explorer, Entresoft, Coaching, Events may be canceled, without cancellation fee, within 15 days from the date the execution of the purchase agreement unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time pursuant to the terms and conditions of each product and/or service. Payment in full is due upon enrollment, and recurring subscription fees will be automatically billed to the credit card or via the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Payment methods can be updated through Access my Account portal. Please note that requesting a cancellation of your subscription does not constitute a request for a refund; no refunds will be issued uness requested through the cancellation form and in line with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
    1. A. Entre Explorer: For monthly and annual subscriptions, cancellation must be completed by following the steps in the Access my Account billing portal by 11:59PM EST before the end of the current billing period. If you would like to submit a request, instead of using the portal, You must complete the Cancellation Request Form 4 business days before the end of your billing period. Access to ENTRE Explorer services will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period.
    2. B. Entresoft: Cancellation must be completed by following the steps in the Access my Account billing portal by 11:59PM EST before the end of the current billing period or by submitting a Cancellation Request Form 4 business days before the end of your billing period. Software access will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period.

II. REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION

Requests for cancellation must be received within the stated cancellation period through our Cancellation Request Form here. Requests submitted through any other method of communication are not accepted, and shall not constitute a valid request for cancellation.

III. CANCELLATION AFTER CANCELLATION PERIOD

You understand and agree that all funds paid are non-refundable beyond the stated cancellation period in Section I. Any cancellation request submitted past the cancellation period will be considered at ENTRE’s sole discretion

IV. DEFAULT ON PURCHASE AGREEMENT: FAILURE TO MEET PAYMENT OBLIGATION

In the event of a default and failure by the Purchaser to fulfill upon their contractual obligations, a credit will be issued for the value of funds paid. Such credit amount is non-cancellable, non-refundable and expires six (6) months from the date of issuance. Once applied to a new purchase, credit funds are not subject to any new cancellation or refund period.
